Treetown Vittles is a unique personal catering business providing fresh prepped meal kits. Treetown Vittles offers only menus with vegetarian or fish entrees. No red meat, poultry or shellfish is used in our meal kits. Our cooking instructions often suggest simple modifications to the recipes for inclusion of meat/poultry according to the customers’ dietary preferences. We also offer special summer grill kits that provide marinades or rub for use with grill items you provide.

We have found that the preparation of vegetarian meals from scratch is time consuming, requiring planning and the frequent purchase of fresh produce. Typically, vegetarian recipes require many ingredients. Treetown Vittles makes homemade fresh vegetarian meals accessible to even the most time-poor cooks. Although many people enjoy fish at restaurants, many cooks are intimidated about preparing fresh fish at home. We provide straightforward instructions that easily enable customers to have a delicious fish entrée on the table in minutes.

Treetown Vittles purchases the freshest fish, preferably wild or from eco-friendly vendors using sustainable practices when possible. Fresh ingredients are usually prepared on the delivery day or the day before. We never add preservatives to our fresh foods.
